The Web site acts as a venue for release estate services companies to post information about real estate properties and does not screen or censor the listings offered, including but not limited to the identity of any user. We are not involved in any actual transactions among real estate service companies or between real estate companies and their clients. Real estate services companies are solely responsible for their postings on the Web site.
The Web site and all services of ABLP hereunder are provided "AS IS, WHERE IS" without warranty of any kind. ABLP disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Specifically, ABLP disclaims any warranty with respect to:
1. The accuracy, completeness, currentness, error-free nature, or fitness for any particular purpose of any data or services accessed on or through the Service;
2. System performance levels, including but not limited to resource utilization, response time, or overhead;
3. Any loss or inconvenience associated with the ABLP's suspension, termination, or deletion of user's use of the Web site in accordance with this agreement;

Real estate services companies are solely responsible for their postings on the Web site. ABLP is not to be considered to be a real estate services company with respect to your use of the site and ABLP shall not be responsible for any decisions, for whatever reason made, made by any entity posting information on the Web site.
This Web site contains links to sites that are not maintained by ABLP. While we try to include links only to those sites which are in good taste and safe for our visitors, we are not responsible for the content or accuracy of those sites and cannot guarantee that sites will not change without our knowledge. Limitation of Liability
ABLP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages which may be suffered by the user or any other person as a result of use, misuse, malfunction, or unavailability of the Web site or the services of ABLP hereunder, including such occurrences caused by ABLP's negligence or omission. Contract Interpretation
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, irrespective of any applicable conflicts of law principles.
Access Policies and Procedures
Access provided by ABLP to the Web site may only be used for lawful purposes by the user. The user agrees to use the Web site in accordance with all applicable international federal, state, and local laws and the written policies and procedures of ABLP from time-to-time published. Indemnification
Should any legal action or threat of legal action arise as a result of the user's use of the site, the user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the ABLP, its staff, and other users, for any costs incurred in defending against any such threat or action, including reasonable attorneys' fees, even if the user is no longer a user of the Web site when such expenses arise. This also applies to third-party claims as well as any legal action taken by ABLP against the user for breach of this agreement, damage caused by the user to ABLP's system, or for user's breach of this agreement. Such indemnification will not be applicable with respect to claims of gross negligence, willful misconduct or infringement by ABLP.
